Terms & Conditions Of Booking

1. Booking and Payment

  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total rental fee is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before the start of your stay.

  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via [insert payment methods here].

  • Late Payment: Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking and loss of the deposit.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation by Guest:

    • Full refund if cancelled at least 30 days before check-in.

    • 50% refund if cancelled between 14 and 30 days before check-in.

    • No refund if cancelled less than 1 week before arrival.

  • Cancellation by Owner:

    • In the unlikely event that the property becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of all payments made will be provided.

3. Security Deposit
A damage deposit of £50 is required and will be collected by credit card a few days before arrival. It will be refunded in full (subject to property inspection) within 7 days of check-out.

4. Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-In: From 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.

  • Check-Out: By 11:00 AM on the day of departure.

  • Self Check-In: Available via lockbox.

  • Late Check-Out/Early Check-In: Subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. Occupancy

  • The maximum number of guests is as stated at the time of booking. Exceeding this number may result in termination of the rental agreement without refund.

  • Pets: Pets are allowed; please refer to the Pet Policy.

6. Responsibilities

  • Guests’ Responsibilities: Guests must care for the property and its contents, keep it clean and in good order, and report any damage or breakages immediately.

  • Owner’s Responsibilities: The owner will ensure the property is clean and ready for guests’ arrival and will provide contact details for assistance during the stay.

7. Use of Property

  • The property is for holiday use only and must not be used for illegal activities or parties/events without prior permission.

  • Noise and Disturbance: Guests must respect the peace and privacy of neighbors, keeping noise to a minimum especially between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM (quiet hours).

8. Smoking Policy
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the property. Guests may smoke in designated outdoor areas and must dispose of cigarette ends responsibly.

9. Liability
The owner is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to guests or their belongings during their stay. Guests are advised to take out appropriate travel insurance.

10. Access
The owner or their representative reserves the right to access the property at reasonable times for essential maintenance or emergencies.

11. Complaints
Any issues or complaints must be reported immediately to allow an opportunity to resolve them during your stay. Complaints made after departure will not be considered.

12. Data Protection
Personal information provided during the booking process will be kept confidential and used only for managing your booking and stay.

Important Note:
Charging electric vehicles at this property is not allowed, as there is no charging point and charging cables are restricted.
