Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Loughview Cabins. By placing a booking, you agree to the Terms & Conditions outlined below. 

Booking & Payment 

Bookings are confirmed once full payment has been received. The lead guest must be at least 18 years old and is responsible for all members of their party. Prices may vary depending on season, availability, and optional extras. 

Check‑In & Check‑Out 

Check‑in: from 3:00pm Check‑out: by 11:00am Early check‑in or late check‑out may be available by prior arrangement and may incur an additional charge. Unauthorised late departures may result in a fee. 

Cancellation Policy 

• Cancel up to 72 hours before arrival for a full refund. 

• If cancelling within 72 hours, deposits can be transferred to an alternative date. 

• Dates can only be changed once. 

• No refunds are given for early departure or unused nights. 

Occupancy 

Each cabin has its own maximum occupancy: 

• The Granagh: 2 people 

• The Boretree: 2 people (camp bed available for a 3rd guest at an additional charge) 

• The Narrows: 2 adults & 2 children, or 3 adults 

• The Cloughey Suite: Sleeps up to 7 guests, maximum 4 adults 

Occupancy limits must not be exceeded. We may refuse accommodation or ask guests to leave if limits are breached, with no refund. Visitors are not permitted unless agreed with us in advance. 

Hot Tub Use 

• Only The Narrows includes a hot tub. 

• Guests in The Cloughey Suite may add hot tub access for an additional charge. 

• The Granagh and The Boretree do not include hot tubs. 

• Fake tan is not permitted in any hot tub. 

• Hot tubs must not be used after 11pm. 

• Lids must be securely placed between uses. 

• Failure to follow hot tub rules may result in additional cleaning or electricity charges. 

• Hot tubs may occasionally be unavailable due to essential maintenance; no compensation is offered for unavoidable downtime. 

Damages & Breakages 

Please report any damage immediately. We reserve the right to charge for damage caused to cabins or the site. Confetti is not permitted due to environmental protection. Minor accidental breakages are usually not charged, but must still be reported. 

Nuisance & Behaviour 

Guests must respect others on site. Loud noise and disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated. All noise must be kept to a minimum after 10pm. Guests causing nuisance may be asked to leave immediately without refund. 

Pets 

Pets are welcome in all cabins except The Granagh. A pet fee applies. Pets must be supervised, kept off furniture, and cleaned up after at all times. Any damage caused by pets may result in additional charges. 

Smoking & Vaping 

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside any cabin. Outdoor smoking is allowed only in designated areas. Please dispose of cigarette butts in the sand buckets provided. 

Belongings 

Loughview Cabins accepts no liability for belongings left on site. Guests are responsible for securing their own valuables. 

Liability 

We accept no responsibility for loss, damage, or injury to guests or their belongings, except where required by law. Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of children at all times. 

Site Rules 

Guests must follow all on‑site rules, signage, and staff instructions. We reserve the right to ask guests to leave without refund if behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or in breach of these Terms & Conditions. 

Amendments 

We may update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in place at the time of booking applies to your stay.
